A local advertising manager was driving during the noon hour, which was "his own time," an automobile of his employer which had been recently remodeled, specially painted, and lettered to advertise a commodity just put on the market by the employer. At the time of the involved accident the car was being driven on city streets. Although the employe insisted that the drive was solely for his own purposes, the nature of the vehicle and its value as an advertising medium made the question whether he was on his masters business one of fact for the jury.
